Leaflet Distribution Swindon

Hi,

Welcome to my Leaflet Delivery UK business covering the Swindon and Cirencester areas.

I have worked in the mailing and postal industry for over 20 years and have always strived to find the most cost-effective way for my customers to send out their offers and messages via a letter/leaflet/voucher etc using Royal Mail for delivery by advising various options for printing and personalisation and passing on information regarding Royal Mail offers and postage savings.

I then discovered Leaflet Delivery UK and was amazed at the fantastic service and competitive cost for local businesses to be able to advertise to local addresses using Royal Mail for the delivery.

I decided to buy a franchise for my local area and try to let local businesses know about the great services available to them without having to spend a fortune.

I can do this for you - in one of two ways:

Option 1 - I can deliver your leaflets anywhere in the UK (England, Scotland - including the Highlands and Islands and Wales). This is what I call an individual mailing.

I can do this any time of the year and the cost is dependent on the size and weight of your leaflet so please get in touch so we can price this up for you.





The second option is our most popular and one of the key reasons I bought into this business.

Option 2 - I can offer special rates for you based on my delivery schedule. What I call a shared mailing.

How does this work?

Every month, I have designated areas to mail to. These are then posted out by Royal Mail. By doing this I can give my customers great coverage and help reduce their costs, a one sided A5 leaflet can be designed, printed and delivered to 10,000 homes.

Don't be put off by the term 'shared mailing', the redemption rates based on 20 years of feedback show that for most businesses the return from a shared mailing is actually greater than individual mailings - and it is considerably cheaper.

Many of my customers want to talk through the options and what is likely to work best for them and get a bit of help designing a leaflet, I am happy to help you too.

Who will deliver my leaflet?

Our company is different from other leaflet delivery companies you may come across because the Postman/woman will deliver your leaflet with the daily post. Yes, Royal Mail do offer a leaflet delivery service and you can book it using a reputable company, Leaflet Delivery UK who are an authorised 'reseller'.


How can you help me?

We have been offering this service for 20 years and can help with all aspects of your campaign from Planning the area, designing your leaflet to Return on Investment, whatever you need. We don't charge for advice; we only charge for the services we provide.


Why should I book with you?

We will do all the arranging for you including help dealing with other printers, carriage arrangements to get your leaflets to Royal Mail safely. Some of our clients refer to our service as part of their Marketing Team. We offer helpful, friendly advice, we just call it customer service. Many leading brands and companies are very complimentary about our service, and we are very proud of that.


Can you guarantee response?

We use the best known and reliable delivery service in the UK - The Postman, so if your message is clear and the offering is what the customer wants then response should be the result. How much response you get will depend on a number of things including your reputation and the value of your offer.

We are often asked what sort of response rates we should expect. There is no accurate answer to this as more people eat chicken than buy garage doors on a daily basis so a leaflet for both of these would get entirely different response levels. What we do know is the return on investment required to make your campaign successful. We work this out with our customers, and we can do the same for you.
